The one bedroom ensuite apartment is part of the family villa. The Family Villa was initially the Albuquerque family residence. The furnishings and decor are a little simpler and more rustic than the other accommodation. The Apartment features a bedroom with twin beds/ double bed, a lounge and a bathroom and is ideal for a couple. There is no self catering facilities in the apartment. It also has a private balcony overlooking the gardens.

One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. There is an additional capacity for 2 pax with the use of a sofa cum bed in the lounge at extra cost of Rs.1000/- per pax per night.

We are Bed and Breakfast property and not a hotel. Besides our suites have self catering facilities for light cooking. You can also bring outside food and drinks into the premises. Our inclusive breakfast is freshly prepared and served in the café between 8.30 to 10.00 a.m. We do not have a restaurant and therefore there is no room service available. Our reception desk is open only during the day. During the night a member of our staff and our security guard are available to attend emergencies if any.

A family Villa with two ensuite bedrooms, sitting rooms and balconies offers all the convenience of two apartments in one villa and is perfect for a family getaway. The Villa is ideal for 2 couples or 4 adult members. There is no self catering facilities in the family villa.
